Beiyuan sheep shearing products are covering shearing combs and cutters, BYH-2C handpiece, BYM-2 shearing machine, S-G machine (combined shearing and grinding), BYG-2 electric grinder and accessories. All of them are made in BEIYUAN's own factory under very high quality standard.
       BYM-2 shearing machine mainly make up of the handpiece, flexible shaft, overload protection clutch, motor & attached. It is designed for most shearing countries, driven by a single-phase 220V motor with output of 250W and 2800rpm. Using switch to control working or idle. Supplying 5-1/4 feet long flexible shaft as usual, 6 feet long is also available when required.
      BYG-2 electric grinder includes two large balanced discs (diameter 365 mm), which curved surface for grinding was shaped precisely by CNC equipment. Clamp plate, magnetic pendulum attached. Powered by a single-phase 220V motor with output of 750W and 2800 rpm. Also provide Latex adhesive for sticking the emery paper; its characteristic is sticking easily, avulsion easily.
       Shearing comb is the key part of shearing as well as easy-consumed one, so it seems very important to select for the suitable specification. At present, 北 元(BEIYUAN) is the greatest variety manufacturer of 13 teeth combs in the world, Bevel varied from 3mm to 8mm, Width varied from 76mm(convex combs) to 99mm(concave combs) according to customer's requirements. They are very popular with bevel in 3.5, 4.5, 5, 6, 7mm, and width in 76, 87, 90, 92, 93, 94, 96, 98, 99mm. We also supply 7 knocked tooth combs, 9 tooth combs and 10 tooth narrow combs.
       Shearing cutter: There are three kinds of cutters in our line of products: Type A, with arc at teeth bottom. Type B, without arc, straight at teeth bottom. Type C, three points cutter. Thickness: 3, 3.5, 4.5, 5mm.
       BYH-2C shearing handpiece is our most recent model, designed for the professional sheep shearer.The handpiece incorporates an innovatively designed transmission featuring 4 NSK( or other high quality brand)ball bearings and an improved lubricating system for the inner joint.
